Please read these terms before buying products, booking repairs or using the Techcore website.
1. Using our website
By using the Techcore website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interrupt, damage or misuse the site, our staff or other customers.
2. Product information and pricing
We aim to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate. Occasionally, product information or pricing may change or contain mistakes. If that happens, Techcore may correct the issue and contact you before processing an order when necessary.
3. Orders and availability
Submitting an order or reservation request does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm details, stock availability, delivery, repair suitability or security checks before completing the request.
4. Repairs
Repair times are estimates only. Additional faults may be discovered after inspection. If extra work or a revised quote is needed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever possible.
5. Customer responsibilities
Please back up your data and remove passwords, accounts or activation locks where required before handing over a device. Techcore is not responsible for data loss arising from diagnostics, repair procedures or device failures that occur before or during repair.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Eligible cancellations, refunds or returns are handled according to UK consumer law, our repair policy and the condition of the item or service involved.
